This KTS-35 is specially designed to enable the cutting of plastic pipe in an overhead position. The ratchet mechanism in conjunction with the roller-quided "Point-cut" blade gives a smooth cutting action with minimum effort. The cutting blade is easily replaced or cleaned ,without opening the body of the cutter.
