(CPM) was established in 2007 in Shong Gang, Shenzhen, China, with approximately 250 employees. A full 75% of our staff is employed as engineers and technicians. We are located in a very convenient area, which is only 30 minutes to Shenzhen international Airport and Fu Yong Ferry Port, so that our customers can easily visit our facilities. Creation is specialized in designing and manufacturing the precision metal dies & plastic moulds, it has a strong engineering team with rich experiences and has a lot of precision equipments in manufacturing. It is professional to make all kinds of metal tools, like progressive die, compound die, transfer die etc. The products we make from the tools are for automobile parts, washing machines and office appliances. For the designing, we have around 30 engineers, most of them have around 6 years designing experiences. They can use 3D softwares for reading and designing, like Solid Works, U.G, Pro. E etc. In our workshop, we have 6 CNCs, 2 WEDMs, 5 fine grinding machines and 2 big grinding machines in maching; we also have 1000Ton press and two 200ton presses with coil feeder for try out, the biggest tool we can make is 4000mm long by 1800mms wide. In our quality, we have 2 CMMs and one projector, one of the CMMs can be measured by automatically with 3D. For communication, we have around 5 English speaking sales with a sales manager, they can speak fluent English and have very good understanding for tooling. We have a very strong team in the company, most of our tools are for exporting, the contries we export are U.K, U.S.A, Spain, Germany etc. Our Quality Policy CPM is committed to providing professional services that ensure customer satisfaction.
