- Extrusion: Aluminum slugs are put into extrusion press machine and moulded into tubes.
- Trimming: The mouth and shoulder of extruded tubes are threaded, shaved and trimmed.
- Annealing: Trimmed tubes are annealed in the oven under 3,500 degree Celsius to reach proper degree of softness.
- Internal lacquer: The inside of tubes is duly lacquered to form a protective film.
- Base coating: Plain extruded tubes are coated externally in single color.
- Printing: Offset print is applied to the surface of the tube.
- Capping: Caps are affixed to the tubes.
- Latex lining: A white latex band is sprayed onto the inner wall near the base of the tube.
