Advantages :
The SPS controlled microwave flow heater represents a further development for shorter cycle times in the construction of cast-resin components and similar production processes for electro technical industry, e.g. high voltage - insulation supports, ignition coils and transformers.
Application :
A 3.6 kW and 7.2 kW version of microwave flow heater is available which can also be applied in other fields, e.g. food industry, plastic and chemical industry. The SPS control provides easy integration into other and/or existing systems. Several furnaces can be switched in cascades to achieve an increase in temperature difference between feeding flow and drain flow and/or an increase in the flow quantity of the medium to be treated.
